ACCESS is seeking proposals from qualified independent Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to provide annual financial audit and compliance services for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.
The selected firm will be responsible for conducting the annual financial audit in accordance with applicable auditing standards and government requirements, including a Federal Single Audit, preparation of Form 990 and Form 5500, Federal Audit Clearinghouse reporting, and the annual Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Compliance Examination. Firms with experience auditing large nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, CCBHC, and federally funded organizations are preferred.
Proposal Deadline: September 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
Audit Completion Deadline: February 5, 2027
Contract Term: Five years, subject to annual satisfactory performance and approval

ACCESS is seeking proposals from licensed and accredited laboratory service providers to deliver comprehensive laboratory services for the soon-to-open ACCESS Recovery Center, including Crisis Stabilization Unit operations, behavioral health and substance use treatment programs, MAT/MOUD services, infectious disease screening, primary care laboratory needs, and related reporting requirements.
The selected provider must be able to support timely, compliant, high-quality laboratory services, including specimen pick-up, routine and STAT testing, electronic results reporting, HIPAA-compliant data transmission, courier services, required supplies, and regulatory compliance documentation.
Issue Date: May 7, 2026
Proposal Deadline: June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Anticipated Contract Start Date: October 1, 2026, subject to construction and operational readiness
Contract Term: One year, with optional renewal
